The Tribeca Film Center® is a relaxed, yet professional community.

The Tribeca Film Center is the realized vision of Robert De Niro and Jane Rosenthal to bring together and support the New York City film community. We offer double-room and single-room private offices to rent. The building is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and provides round-the-clock security.

More than just an office building.

Our reception, private offices, conference rooms, and pleasantly sun-lit areas make the Tribeca Film Center the ideal place to conduct business, network, and exchange ideas.

Atrium & Networking Parties

This indoor sun-drenched oasis has 50-foot ceilings and is a brilliant example of the architectural characteristics of the Tribeca Film Center. The atrium is a luxurious reception area for your guests to wait or a space for you to have a quiet lunch. Our networking parties bring tenants together to meet one another over great food and drinks.
